Identity Management & AWS Specialist (all genders)

As a System Engineer specializing in AWS and IAM, you’ll play a key role in designing, deploying, and optimizing cloud and identity solutions tailored to the unique needs of our customers. Key responsibilities:

• Design Identity Solutions: Develop and implement advanced IAM systems using platforms such as AWS Cognito, OKTA, and others, ensuring security, usability and outstanding customer experience.
• Build and Optimize Cloud Environments: Create and improve AWS-based infrastructures to enhance scalability, performance, and reliability for our clients.
• Adapt to Client Needs: Engage with clients to understand their evolving requirements and deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
• Embrace Agile Practices: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agile and DevOps principles, driving efficiency and innovation.
• Drive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve challenges proactively, contributing to smooth deployments and high-quality outcomes.

• IAM Enthusiast: You bring expertise in Identity and Access Management solutions (preferred OKTA) and are eager to deepen your knowledge and skills in this area. 
• AWS Specialist: You’re deeply familiar with AWS services and are passionate about leveraging them to solve real-world challenges.
• Agile Mindset: You thrive in flexible, fast-paced environments and approach projects with a DevOps attitude of collaboration and adaptability.
• Proactive Problem Solver: You anticipate obstacles and approach them with creative, effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Customer-Centric Communicator: You build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through clear, approachable, and empathetic communication.
• You are an EU resident

Desirable but not a must (Bonus):

• OKTA CIC or WIC certification
• AWS Certified Security Specialty 
• Experience with PAM and Governance solutions
